Loveland Counseling is not currently in network with any insurance providers. I am a private-pay, out of network provider. I accept credit cards and FSA/HSA cards. I can also provide a superbill that you may use for out of network expenses with your insurance company. It is up to the client to verify their health savings account (HSA) coverage.

Payment is due at the time of service for in-office and Telehealth sessions, and 24 hours in advance of Experiential Therapy. 

Reduced fees are available on a limited basis. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this with me during the phone consultation. 

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before session, or if the client does not show, will be charged the full session fee. 

Notice of Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
