Questions? Here are some answers...
Do you take insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider, which means I don’t bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits or an HSA/FSA account to offset the cost. I’m happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Visit my Fees page for full details.
How long does therapy take?
That really depends on you and what you’re working through. Some clients come for a focused season — a few months to work through a specific challenge. Others find ongoing therapy valuable for longer. We’ll check in regularly about how things are going and whether the pace still feels right.
What is walk and talk therapy?
Instead of sitting in an office, we meet at a local park in the Loveland area and have our session while we walk. Movement is naturally calming for a lot of people, and being outside can make it easier to open up. It’s still real therapy — just with fresh air and a trail under your feet.
Can I do telehealth if I’m not near Loveland?
Absolutely. I offer telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in Ohio and Kentucky. All you need is a private space and a decent internet connection.
What if I’m not sure therapy is right for me?
Reach out anyway. We can have a brief phone consultation before you ever book a session — no commitment required. If it turns out I’m not the right fit, I’ll do my best to point you toward someone who is.
